Free Shipping:
Free international & domestic shipping on all products in this store.
Shipping Method:
Items are dispatched by Royal Mail First Class post for customers within the UK and by Royal Mail Air Mail post for international orders.
Delivery and Dispatch time:
Items are dispatched Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched on the next working day. During busy postal periods (e.g. Christmas) items may take longer to arrive. If your item has not arrived after 5 working days please contact your local postal sorting office, as it may be being stored there. If not please contact us at: sales@crystalspring.co.uk.
To the UK:
Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to arrive.
International:
Please allow 3-7 working days for your order to arrive. Please note: Your order may be liable for taxes or duties apon entering your country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country so to find out more information we advise you contact your local customs office.
Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your Crystal Spring product or the item you receive is faulty please contact us at sales@crstalspring.co.uk within 30 days of purchase to arrange a return for a full refund.
Returned items should be unused (unless faulty) and must be returned in original packaging with proof of purchase. We will issue a full refund on receipt of the item, alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
We believe in our products and we think you will too, which is why we're happy to offer a 30 day money back guarantee, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your item.
All you have to do is contact us by email or phone, within 30 days of purchase and let us know. Then we will arrange for a full refund or if preferred an exchange.
