How Does Affiliating Work?
An Affiliate program is a web-based referral system where you can recommend Crystal Spring products to your readers or customers on your blogs and websites. When you sign up as a Crystal Spring Affiliate you will be given a unique affiliate ID and when you place links and banners on your site they will contain your ID. When the visitor clicks on the link you have placed on your website, they will be sent to the Crystal Spring home page. At the same time your affiliate ID will be recorded by our system so that if the visitor makes any purchases on that session, you will be credited with their purchase. When the customer clicks on your link, a cookie will be placed in their browser so that any subsequent return visits and purchases will also be credited to you.
If the link does not contain your affiliate ID you will not be credited for that purchase, so make sure that you check all links when posting them to your site.

Will it Cost Me Anything?
There are no sign up costs and you are not required to carry any stock or pay for any overheads. Affiliating is pure profit.

How Will I be Paid?
Every Affiliate will be paid by PayPal, therefore you must have an account before you sign up. Payment will be at the end of the following month (for example; if an order is placed between the 1st and 31st January, you will receive payment at the end of February) provided you have reached the minimum payment amount (£10). You will not be paid in the event of an order return or cancellation. Should a return or cancellation be made after you have been paid for that order, the amount will be deducted from the following month’s payment.

Will I Need to Process Any Orders?
No. All order fulfilment will be processed by Crystal Spring. Affiliates are not authorized to collect payments or sell any Crystal Spring products from their websites.

Can I Use My Crystal Spring Customer Account Login to Sign Up as an Affiliate?
No, these are two separate things. You will need to register as an Affiliate on the affiliate page in order to have access to your unique ID and links and banners.
